We offer products at the compettive market price. The products are delivered directly from the manufacturer, suppliers, dealers and distributors. All the products will be genuine and warranty will be covered by the sole manufacturer /distributor in Nepal. We asssure you that you can cancel or return your product at anytime.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order at any time before the delivery. We will deduct a flat charge of 3% on the amount you have paid. This is charge for online payment. 

Replacement:

Gurantee and Warranty policy is based on the suplier and brand. Nepkart offers free replacement on orders which are delivered as not specified.

Returns:

We offer free returns If the order is delivered as 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller. We have 7 days uncondtional returns on unused items , with the list of condition applies.
